Pivoting During A Time of Crisis

In a time of crisis, a new normal is a call to pivot, to learn, to rediscover, to grow.  The urgency of the pandemic that has raced across the globe has awakened an opportunity for many of us to reimagine our lives and our work.

This new urgency is a call to uncover and recover our strength, to rediscover who we are and for us as women as leaders as team members, and to walk forward into our new normal.  Our process will be far from linear. 

Some of us will pivot, then pivot again.

We know that we have the opportunity to change but we may feel overwhelmed unsure of what this pivot may look like or where to start.

We may question ourselves how this might look to others to venture out onto a new path after all that we’ve invested into our careers, our education, our lives.

But we know one thing for sure.

It is time.

No matter what stage in your life, your age, or your career level, you can learn how to pivot into your next stage during this time of global short, every day offers an opportunity to become more of ourselves but we must change our expectations about how things should be and lean into our pivot to forge our new path.
